Research & Development
- Custom synthesis and process improvement of API
and intermediates.
- Pilot studies of new molecules for clients.
- Process optimisation and improvement of existing
and new products.
- Research for in-house applications (production
of APIs/ intermediates and fine chemicals)
Arvee performs a wide range of Name Reactions viz.
hydogenation, PTC based alkylations-O-, C-, S-, and N-alkylations,
chiral chemistry, asymmetric syntheses etc, and handles
reagents like azides, hydrides, boranes, organolithium
derivatives, liquid HF among others, to tackle any
chemistry. LDA and various Boronic acids are synthesized
in house at all scales. These rigorous research and
development activities result into substantial cost
reduction of the chemistry in question, development of
environment friendly processes and allow easy scale-up.
Custom synthesis at ARVEE
- Laboratory scale-up, commercial scale-up or post
commercialization stages.
- There is a dedicated kilo lab at the R & D
Centre itself. There is a pilot plant, SS, glass
lined, high pressure y drier, and hydrogenators. All
are cGMP compliant.
- The Company offers custom synthesis solutions
that cater to outsourcing needs of customers
Under the Organic Custom Synthesis module, the
Company offers a full range of services to meet the
varying needs by utilizing established synthetic routes,
modifying customer processes, designing novel routes
with complete chemical, chromatographic, spectroscopic
back up for starting materials, intermediates, reference
compounds, metabolites, resolution of enantiomers,
structural isomers etc.
As part of the Chemical Development service, the Company
offers scale-up of existing processes, preparation of
intermediates in milligrams to kilo lots, processes
optimization, development and use of purification
techniques and alternate process
